New Xcode and App Store Requirement Updates
Xcode 14.1 Required for App Submissions
Developers take note: starting April 25, 2023, all iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS apps submitted to the App Store must be built with Xcode 14.1 or later.
Current Requirements
As of April 2022, the requirement is to use Xcode 13 with the SDKs for iOS 15, iPadOS 15, and watchOS 8.
Upcoming Deadline
By April 2024, Apple will mandate the use of Xcode 14.1 with the iOS 16.1 SDK when building and submitting apps.
