A True Warrior on the Court

University of North Carolina forward Tylee Craft is an inspiration to her teammates, coaches, and fans. Despite being diagnosed with stage 3 Hodgkin's lymphoma in 2022, Craft has continued to attend almost every practice and play in every game.

Her Unwavering Spirit

Craft's unwavering spirit has amazed those around her. She has undergone chemotherapy and radiation treatments while still maintaining her commitment to the team.

According to head coach Courtney Banghart, "Tylee is the toughest person I know. She never complains and always has a positive attitude."

Craft's cancer diagnosis has not stopped her from pursuing her basketball dreams. She is averaging 9.7 points and 4.7 rebounds per game this season, and she has helped the Tar Heels reach the NCAA Tournament.
